Jurby, June the 9th 1762: This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Bahee Christian als Nhidderagh

who departed this life about the 11th day of March last who being of perfect mind and sound memory at the making of the same : She left and bequeathed to her cousin William Nhitteragh four shillings as legacy. She left to her kinsman Thomas Nhitteragh two shillings legacy. She left six pence legacy to whoever that would sue or claim any right to her goods. She left to the witnessof of her will one shilling each, and Lastly, she nominated and appointed her loving kinswoman Joney Nhitteragh sole executrix of all the rest of her goods . . . Witnesses: William Kermod, Gilbert Sayle. At Chapter Court holden at KK Michael 9th June 1762: The executor is sworn in court in form of law and hath given pledges of debts and legacies . . .
