Archdeacon Wills 1761 #54, Michael, of Daniel Boddaugh:

‘This is affirmed to be the last with and testament of Daniel Bodaugh made this 12th day of January 1761 who being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory at the making thereof. First, he committed his soul to God and his body to a Christian burial. Item, he left and bequeathed to his son Phillip Boddaugh his choice of the cow’s. Item, he left to his daughter Anne Boddaugh the sum of twenty shillings. Item, he left all his shaped apparel between his son Phillip Boddaugh and his son in law Thomas Taubman. Item, he left six pence legacy to whoever that would sue. He left to the witness of his will six pence each. And lastly, he nominated and appointed his loving wife Anne Boddagh sole executrix of all the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever. Witnesses: John Cannell, Daniel Nelson.

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Michael June 10th, 1761, the executrix is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for payment of debts and legacies, vizt. John Cannell & Daniel Nelson Witnesses of the will.’
