Archdeacon Will 1760 #57, Malew, of Thomas Clucas of Baroole, Malew, died about 19 April 1760:

"The last will and testament of Thomas Clucas of Baroole in the parish of KK Malew who departed this life on or about the nineteenth day of April last being of sound mind and memory at the making hereof. First he committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial. Item, he left and bequeathed unto his daughter Isable seven pounds. To his daughter Mary seven pounds. To his daughter Ellinor seven pounds. To his son Henry seven pounds to be paid by his Executrix when they had a mind to call for the same. Item, he left unto his son and heir William Clucas all his lands of what kind or denomination soever and also five bowls of oats and one furlet of barley to be paid by his Executrix when his said son and heir would come to the age of twenty one years. Lastly, he nominated constituted and appointed his loving wife Margaret Clucas als Callister sole Executrix of all the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever and six pence apiece to all his xxx if demanded by them. Witnesses: John Moore, James Cowin.

The Executrix is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for payment of debts and legacies, vizt., John Moore and xxxx Cowin. The children underage with their goods are committed unto their mother. The sisters Isabel and Mary Clucas are sworn supervisors."
