Archideaconal Will 1759 #22 Arbory, of Ellinor Corrin als Clague

Kk Arbory ye 7th Nov 1759
This is affirmed to bee the last will and testament of
Elinor Corrin (als) Clague who being in perfect mind and in
memory at the making hereoff
First she bequeathed her soul to God and her body to a Christian
burial
Itm she bequeathed to her son William Corrin all her right
of the purchase land in Ballagarmine he the said Will: Corrin
paying his brother Richd Corrin ye sum of four pounds in liew
thereoff
Itm she bequeathed to her grandaughter Cath Bridson the
sum of one pound the above sd Will: Corrin paying the same
Itm she bequeathed to her sd grandaughter Cath Bridson all her
right of a heifer which has the white spot in her forhead besides a little spinning
wheel
Itm she bequeathed to her daughter Elinor Corrin all her
right of a croft in Colby called the millers little croft lying on the
west side of the highway, also she bequeathed to her said daughter
Elinor the room of a house of six couples long in the croft called
the Miller's big croft
But in case the above Willm Corrin do not allow of the said
house the sd Elinor the daughter is to get all her mothers right
in Collby mills which was lately purchased there and in that case
if the sd son Willm allows of the above sd house he is to have
all the right in the sd mill as above said.
Itm she bequeathed to her daughter Jane a new gown [] which
her measure was taken for the same, also she bequeathed to
her daughter in law Eliz Corrin three yards of new stuff
Itm she bequeathed to her son Willm all her right of the
husbandry gears, also she bequeathed to the poor of the parish
s firlet of barley.
Lastly she nominated appointed her daughter Eln
Corrin sole executrix of all the rest of her goods moveable &
immoveable whatsoever
