Ramsey Feb 16 1756
William Martin perished by sea on the
coast of Scotland on or about the 23d of Octbr
last intestate. The court having intelligence
thereof decrees his three children namely
Willm, Robt & Elizth Martin joint adminors of
all his goods & chattles moveable & immoveable
whatsoever - who being all under age the aunts
by the fathers side namely Cath: & margaret
Martin are sworn supervisors by whose
consent the deads part of the children and
their goods are comitted unto their mother
and she is accordingly sworn to bring an inventory
of the effects to the registry, as also for payment of
debts - pledges in form of law are Wm Curghey
of Lezayre & edwd Martin of Ramsey

Decretum est Ro Radcliffe, Matths Curghey

Feb 16 Ro Kneale enters a claim agt the admrs of Wm Martin
for £5 -5-0 brit & craves the law
