John Cowle perished by sea on the coast of
Scotland about the 18th of Octbr last intestate
The court having intelligence thereof hath decreed
his three children namely John, Jane & Margt
Cowle joint adminrs of all his goods & chattells
moveable & imoveable whatsoever who being
all under age their uncle John Callister is sworn
supervisor by whose consent the deads part of
the children & their goods are comitted to their
mother who is accordingly sworn to bring to the
court a perfect inventory & hath given 
pledges in form of law namely John Cowle
& Willm Kneale both of Lezayre
