William Caine perished by sea on the coast of Scotland on or about the 23d of Octor last intestate. The court upon intelligence thereof hath decreed his two brothers namely James & Robt Caine joint Adminrs of all his goods and chattells moveable & imoveable whatsoever - Robt being abroad, James is sworn to bring a perfect inventory to the registry as also for payment of Debts according to Law - and hath given pledges namely John Cowle & Ewan Caley both of Lezayre.
