I, Ann Cubbon als Nelson of the parish of Kk
Arbory being in perfect mind and memory blessed
be God; do make and ordain this to be my last will
and testament in form and manner following
vizd
First I bequeath my soul to almighty god and my body
to Christian burial
Item I give and bequeath to my loving husband
Jon Cubbon the dails [dales = planks of wood] 
Item I give and bequeath to my son Harry my share of 
the plow and crop and all the husbandry 
gears
Item I give and bequeath to my younger son ^John^ all
my share of the money that is laid out upon
interest
Itm I give and bequeath to my sister in law Isabel Nelson
als Bridson a blue gown camlid
I give and bequeath to my loving mother Ann
Nelson als Crebbin all the rest of my cloaths
woolen and linnen
I give and bequaeth to the poore of Kk Arbory
fifteen shills and to the poor of Kk Christ five shills
and seven kishens of barley to they poors
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my loving
husband John Cubbon sole exectr of all the rest
of my goods moveable and immoveable whatsover
and he is to give the younger son eight pounds
as winess my name and mark this 5th of April
1753
