- Alias Quark his Wife departed this Life about _
= 4 years agoe Intestate _And wheras there _
is no Child now Surviving - And that their _
only Daughter - namely Ellinor Kerruish since
Deceased by Deed of Gift bearing date the 15th _
of June 1737 - made over all her Goods & _
Chattells upon certain considerations therein _
menconed to her friend Daniel Sayle of _
Ramsey - Sd. Daniel is thereupon Sworn for _
paymt. of the Debts of the Sd. Deceased Intestates
according to Law - pledges given by him
are John Christian of Ballure - & philip Cottier Jur.
