the 20th day of april one thousand seven hundred
and fourty seven
John Hartley son of John Hartley deceased - a native of
castletown within this diocese as by certain advice
receiv'd thereof departed this lofe about three years ago
on board his majesty's ship the Levem ? man of war
intestate whereof the court having intelligence
decrees his only brother Leonard Hartley sole administrator
of all his goods chattells & effects moveable &
immoveable whatsoever and thereupon said leonard
is sworn in form of law well and truly ..
