Archideaconal Wills 1745 #20, Ballaugh, of William Quayle:

This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Wm Quail of Ballaugh who departed this life the 29th day of March 1745, being of perfect mind & memory at the making hereof.
First he left to his DAUGHTER PEGGY the youngest too sheep of too years old he had in Ballecooley.
Secondly he left six pence each to any one els of his CHILDREN that would sue or speak against his will & ordered that the six pence should be paid to each of them.
Thirdly & lastly he ordered and constituted his loving wife ISABELLA QUAILL ALIAS BITTLE to be Executor of all the rest of his goods movable & unmovable whatsoever.
Likewise he left six pence apiece to the witnesses of the will.

Wittnesses: Wm Killip his mark X, Edward Kneen his mark X, jurati.

The Executrix sworn in Court in form of Law and gives pledges for paymt of debts & legacys namely the witnesses of will. Joh: Cosnahan, Edw: Moore. Probatum est, Solvit 12d.
