Episcopal Wills - 1741-#1 Maughold, Peter Corkill

This is affirmed to be the Last will and Testament of Peter Corkill of
Ballafaile, In the parrish of KK Maughold who Departed this Life on the
28th April Last past, he Comitted his Soul to God & his Body to _
Christian Burial.
    Ittem he Left and bequeathed to his Grandson Peter Corkill a Quarter
of a Heiffer and a yearling. Itt. he left and Bequeathed to his son Peter
Corkill a Lamb. Itt. he Left to his Daughter Ann Corkill a sheep of
Two years old.  Ittem he Left on his Son In Law William Christian to
pay unto his Executor hereunder named The Sume of Two pounds
Ten Shillings (being a Debt Due to him from ye sd. Christian ) and ye
Same towards paying his Debts and if the same would not be suffic
ent to pay his Debts he Left on his sd. Executr. to pay Ten Shillings -
more towards paying his Sd. Debts
    Lastly he Nominated and appointed his Son Thomas Corkill his __
Daughter Jane Quillease als Corkill, and his Daughter Dorothy Quillease
Sole & Joynt Executos. of all the rest of his Goods and effects of
what Nature or kind soever.
