In the name of God Amen I William Corrin of Liverpoole in the county of Lancaster Mariner doe this fourteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirty eight make this my last will & testament in manner & form following Whereas I am entitled to me - my heires and assignes for ever of and unto all that messuage or dwelling house in Moore Street in Liverpoole aforesd wherein I now live and also to the warehouse on the back thereof (excepting the top part thereof) and likewise of an undivided part or share of a dwelling house brewhouse and kitchen garden situate lying and being in the town of Douglas in the Isle of Man Note I doo hereby declare it to be my will that after payment of my just debts & funeral expences and the charges of the probate of this my last will and testament I give devise and bequeath the above mentioned premises to my dearly beloved wife Martha during the term of her natural life (She keeping herself chaste and unmarried and also finding and providing my daughter Ann with all things necessary for her maintenance support and education in the world) and from and after the death and decease of my said wife I give devise and bequeath all the above mentioned premisses and all my right title and interest therein unto my said daughter Anne her heires and assignes for ever. But in case my said wife shall happen to marry or miscarry then I only give and bequeath unto her one third part of the yearly inxoine ? of my said real estate during her natural life and as to my personal estate I give the use and advantage thereof unto my said wife for life (under the restrictions aforesaid) and in case of her death to my said daughter Anne her heirs ad[]s & asss and of this my last will and testament I nominate constitute and appoint Peter Rainford the younger of Liverpoole gardiner John Wilson of Liverpool roper and Thomas Aspinall of Liverpoole get epers of this my last will and testament hoping they will perform all the same as my trust is hereby expressed ? In witness whereof I have signed sealed delivered & published this to be my last will & testament the day and year first above written
