Archideaconal Will 1739 #22, Andreas, of Joney Teare als Kneale

The last will & testament of JONEY TEARE ALS KNEALE of KK Andreas who departed this life abt ye 20th of April last past being of perfect mind & memory at ye making of it.
First, She committed her soul to God and body to Xtian burial.
Itt, She left & bequeathed to her SON JOHN TEARE her part of the lands after his father's decease, & he her sd son to pay then and at that time to HIS THREE SISTERS ANN, ALICE & MARGT TEARE the sum of ten shillings each; provided if any or all of the die under age he is thereby to be acquitted from the sd obligacion.
Itt, To her DAUGHTER CATHRIN TEARE she left a pot of ten shillings.
Itt, to her DAUGHTER JONEY TEARE she left what sheep she her sd daughter had of her own yt is already named upon her.
Lastly she constituted & appointed her loving HUSBAND THO. TEARE & her aforesaid DAUGHTER JONEY TEARE her lawfull & joint Execrs of all the rest of her goods moveable & unmoveable whatsoever, upon condition if either FATHER or sd DAUGHTER JONEY disagree vizt., the sd DAUGHTER not staying or assisting her father during her abovesd three sister's minority that then he is to enjoy all her aforesd Executorship, except six pence Legacy & her clothing & wt goods she can have of her own made by her sd father during her residence with him: & he in like manner if turning her off or disallowing her to reside with him during her sd sister's minority to be cutt off with six pence Legacy from having any bonefill or part of her sd Exectorship, but she her sd DAUGHTER JONEY to enjoy the whole. To the witnesses of the will she left six pence each & ye word age & ye six pence Legacy interlined in presence of ye witnesses. Witnesses: John Joughen, Margt Crenilt, jurati.

THO: TEAR with his DAUR. JONY are sworn Execr and to prevent disputes yt may ensue upon the condicion mencioned by the Testatrix, They are to bring to the Regry an Inventory of the effe ts of ye Dec'd. Pledges are Jon: Joughinn lawdus & Wm Crow KK Bride. JONY is sworn overseen of the orphans. Probatum est & solvit 12d.

Three old horses praized at 1 pound : 7 shillings : 0 pence, The dead's part thereof 0:9:0;

A chest at 0:03:0, Dead's part 0:1:6;
A grid iron at 0:3:0, Dead's part 0:1:6;
