Kk Arbory May 18 1738 
Robt Kewn departed this life about the 14th
of Sept 1699 intestate, whereupon the
court has decreed his daughter Anne Moor 
als Kewn sole admr of all his goods &
chattles whatsoever who is sworn in court
& gave pledges Tho Moor & James
Waterson
decretum est
solvit 2s 8d

the inventory is only a housestead
& garden in the highway near
the pinfold of kk Arbory

mdd that there was another daughter
called Mary Kewn who left the island
about 39 years ago,whose right is reserved
if she or her assignes shall hereafter
sue for & recover it

Margaret Kewn als Croaghan wife of the above
Robt Kewn deceased about 16 years ago, intestate
& therefore the court has decreed the above Anne
Moor als Kewn admr with her sister Mary, if
living, & the sd Anne Moor is sworn in court
in form of law & gave pledges Nich Bridson &
Wm Cowley
