The last will and testament of Marriot Quilliam als
Quayle being in sound mind and memory
first she committed her soul to god and her body to xtian
burial
item she left to her son Robt half of her house in douglas
on the sandside after her husbands disease; as also she
left him her said son five pewter dishes
Item she left her daughter Elizabeth all her own wearing
cloaths woolen and linnen
item she left her son Wm & daughters Elizabeth and Jane
all her worldly goods excepting her part of the cow as also
her part of the silver cup which she left to her loving husband
it she left to her son John six pound legacy
it she nominated and appointed her loving husband sole
exr as allso to be overseer over her children

the execr is sworn in court in form of law
he is also overseer of the children under
age - and he has given pledges Robt Cesar 
& Robt Quilliam his own son
probatum est & solvit 12d
John Quilliam husband of the testator
who is also execr in trust
does now consent to give his part of the house
& garden to his son Robt Quilliam after his decease
upon his the sd Robts surrendering to his sd father
the pewtwr dishes left him by his mothr - the son robt
has now surrendered the sd dishes in the face of the court
to his fathr afforesd
