Aug 7th 1733 Mr Thos Murrey of Chester departed this life in the year 1726 intestate, where upon his only child Thos Murrey is decreed admr of all his goods, chattels & effects moveable & immoveable whatsover within this diocese ; And that the sd child being under age his uncle Mr Wm Murrey is sworn supervisr in form of law decretum & solvit solo tamen injuscunqz jure the inventory & pledges at next court pledges Capt John Lace & Mr Charles Killey
