Archdeacon Wills 1733 #17, Malew, of Margaret Quay als Bridson als Fargher, made 10 Feb 1732:

"KK Malew, 1732 Feb 10: This is affirmed to be the last will of Margt Quay als Fargher of Cross of 4 Ways. First, she bequeathed to her son Robert Quay her right of some limed land at Ballachot. Item, she declared that her said son had borrowed a keive and a cooler from her which were solely her own, and that he had not any property in them. Item, she bequeathed to her said son either a blanket or a piece of plaiding, (in the weaver’s hands) at the discretion or choice of her son Capt William Bridson. Item, to her said son Robert a cow, in lieu of his part of the brewing-pan, and twenty shillings legacy; and 15 yards of linen, in lieu of his share of the tables and forms. Item, she desired her son William Bridson above said to let her son Robert Quay have her part of the land at Castletown, as they could agree. Lastly, she constituted her elder son sole Executor of all the rest of her goods. Witnesses Robert Clague, John Creer.

The Executor sworn in form of Law, and gave pledges John Brew of BallaKelly in KK Santan and Robert Clague near Ballachott in KK Malew."
