Archdeacon Wills 1732/3 #69, Jurby, of Margaret Kneale als Radcliffe, died 2 December 1732:

"The last will and testament of Margaret Kneale als Radcliffe who departed this life the 2nd day of December 1732, being perfect in mind and memory at the making hereof. First, she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item, she left to her husband Philip Kneale one of the best blankets that were commonly used. Item, she left to her son Philip Kneale that same quarter of the close which was formerly given to him in his contract bargain, and in case that her said son Phil: Kneale shall have no issue to enjoy the aforesaid quarter of the close, that then the said quarter of the said close shall come to her son James Kneale. Also she left her said son Phil: one sheep and lamb as legacy. Item, she left Patt: Cain’s wife a red petticoat. Item, she left to her daughter Cathrine ten shillings and a green apron and her shoes as legacy. Item, she left to her daughter’s Joney and Catherine all her shaped clothes equally between them as legacy. Item, she left to her grandson Paul Oates one sheep and lamb, a waist coat, and a pair of breeches. Lastly, she constituted and appointed her son James Kneale sole Executor of all the rest of her goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever. Witnesses: Patrick Mughtyn, Ellinor Quirck. The Executor sworn in Court, and gave pledges, Patrick Cannon and Patrick Mughtyn,.

Novr 30th, 1733, John Tear Caslane enters against the Executor of Margaret Kneale als Radcliffe for the sum of fifty shillings.

February 2, 1733/4, Thomas Oates enterst aganst the Exeuctor of Margaret Kneale als Radcliffe for the sum of 10 shillings."
