Archdeacon Wills 1732 #51, Lezayre, of John Nidderaugh, died 13 March 1731/2:

"This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of John Nidderagh who departed this life the 13th March being of good and perfect memory. First he committed his sould to God and his body to Christian burial. Item, he left and bequeathed to his son John Nidderaugh his part of the croft that was their own. Item, he left to his daughter Ann Nidderaugh his part of the pot and a tub that sometimes they brewed with, and an old chest that was broken. Item, he left to his daughter Mally Nidderaugh his moiety of the household stuff. Item, he left to his son William Nidderaugh six pence legacy. Lastly, he nominated and appointed his four daughters vizt., Bridget, Ann, Catharine, Mally Nidderagh joint executrices of all the rest of his goods moveable and unmoveable of what kind soever. Item, to the witnesses of the will, 6 pence apiece legacy. Witnesses: William Stephan, John Kissag. The Testator further declared that William Tear last of Sartail owed him two pounds seven shilling and the payment of a hundred of herrings. Item, from the Executors of Captn Silvester Radcliffe 2 shillings 6 pence.

Mary Nidderagh & William Lace, William Christian, and Thomas Corlett husbands of the other Executrices are sworn in Court in form of Law. And gave pledges Mr. Corlett Ballna-howin, and Nicholas Kewley.

May the 18th, 1733, William Nidderaugh enters a claim against the Executors of his father John Nidderaugh for the sum of twelve shillings and six pence and craves the Law."
