KK Andrews 1731: This is affirmed to be the last will of BAHEE QUANE ALS COSTEAN made and declared about the beginning of February, being of sound mind and memory.
She committed her Soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
She left and bequeath'd to her GRANDDAUGHTER vizt., JAMES RADCLIFF'S WIFE a petticoat, as also a sheep & a lamb.
She left the oak press in the bed chamber, as an heirlome to be continu'd in the farm of Balla:Kinney for the benefit of the present & the succeeding Heirs.
She ordered that if JAMES RADCLIFF OR WIFE wou'd sue her Execrx for any goods, that they the sd JAMES was to pay her Execrx nine shillings, being a debt due from them to the Decedt., on accnt of a Cow.
She cutt of every person yt cou'd claim any right to her effects wth 6d Legacy.
She left her Intack in the parish of KK Bride to her DAUGHTER ANN TEAR ALS QUANE.
And Lastly constituted & ordain'd her sd DAUGHTER ANN sole & whole Execrx of all the rest of her goods moveable and unmoveable wtsoever. Witnesses: Philip Joughen mark X, Wm Brew mrk X, jurati.

APRIL 13TH 1732: THE EXECTRX SWORN IN FORM of Law, and gave Pledges the witnesses vizt, Wm Brew Down & Philip Joughen Smeal. Probatum est & solvit 1s."

Archd will 1712 #33, Bride, of William Quane: dau Ann Quane, son Wm Quain, Wm Xtn of Ballabegg, dau Joney Quain(?md Wm Xtn by 1727); wife Bahee Costeen; gdau Mary Radcliffe als Xtn (wife of James Radcliffe);
