Archideaconal Will 1731 Bride #22, of Catherine Crenill als Goldsmith

KK Bride: This is affirmed to be the last will & testament of KATH: GOLDSMITH of the parish of KK Bride who departed this life about the 1 of March 1730/1, was at perfect mind and memory att making the said will &c.
First, She commited her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
Ittm, She bequeathed to her SON PHILL: CRINELL her part of all the husbandry gears except the dung fork and the garden spaid, with a furlett of oats and two pottles of barley and a pottle of pees and six pence legacy.
Ittm, She bequeath to her DAUGHTER BAHEE CRINELL a blanket which was lead on the bed and pedycoat.
Ittm, She bequeathed to her DAUGHTER CHRISTIAN CRINELL now marry'd to JAMES McHOOD six pence legacy to deprive her of her goods during the life of JAMES McHOOD and if the said JAMES McHOOD die before his wife CHRISTIAN CRINELL then my Execrs hereafter mencioned are to give her the sum of forty shilling.
Ittm, She bequeathed that her SON IN LAW JOHN TEAR should have such term as was agreed of that Lands he limed and if the said TEAR shall lay out which lime he already has provided that he shall any may have his bargain thereof.
Ittm, She bequeath her part of the Curragh call'd Close Barregh to her well beloved DAUGHTER ELIZ: CRINELL whom she likewise constitute make and ordain her only and sole Execrx of all her goods movable and unmoveable whatsoever. Lastly to the witnesses of the will six pence each. Witnesses present: Dan Castle my X, Anne Casment my X, jurati.

THE EXECRX SWORN IN FORM OF LAW. Pledges to pay all debrs and legacys &c are the witnesses of the will. Probatum & Solvit 12d.

SEPTR 8, 1732: THE WITHIN CHRISTIAN McHOOD als CRENILT acknowledges to be fully paid & satisfy'd for the sum of forty shillings bequeath'd unto her by the last will of her MOTHER CATH: CRENILT als GOLDSMITH as also to have rec'd the 6d legacy at & from the hands of her SISTER ELIZABETH and she does hereby acquit & discharge her sd sister & Execrs of ye same for ever, before me, Edwd Moore, Regr. CHRISTIAN McHOOD alsCRENILT her mrkX."
