Archideaconal Will 1724 #149, Ballaugh, of William Teare

This is affirmed to be the last will of WM TEAR who departed this life the 5th of Feb 1724.
Imprs, he commended in sound mind & memory, his soul to God & body to Christian burial.
Item, he left all his goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever equally betwixt his WIFE & CHILDREN, vizt., the one half to ye wife & the other to the CHILDREN. &
Lastly committed the tuition of his sd CHILDREN to his WIFE, who, he said, knew how it stood wth him as to his debts. Witnesses: Philip Curlet, Mary Curlet, jurati. Probat: & Solvt 1s.

The CHILDREN BEING UNDERAGE their mother is sworn according to Law, & gave pledges Nich Cowley & Tho: Bodaugh."
