Castletown 1726
In the name of God Amen. I Mary Harley
of Castletown do make this my last will & testament
in manner and form following: First I commit my soul into
the hands of my mercyfull God and Saviour Jesus Christ,
hoping that by his intercession for me I shall attain a
free pardon for all my sins; secondly I desire my body
may be buried under the communion table of Kk Malew
or as near as possibly may be. Itm I leave six pence
a piece to all my relations who make any pretence
to any of my goods houses or money or any effects I now
enjoy. Itm I give and bequeath two guineas to be
divided among the poor of this town. And lastly
I consitute and appoint my dear and loving husband
my whole and sole executr of all my goods chattles
money houses and effects to be disposed of at his death
to whom he shall please. Witness my hand this 12th
day of Decr 1726 Mary Harley
