Archdeacon Wills 1724/5 #137, Michael, of Jane Kelly als Quayle of the Moany Mollagh, Michael:

"KK Michael, December 1st, 1724: The last will and testament of Jane Kelly als Quayle of the Moany Mollagh in the Parish above said who being of good and perfect mind and memory. imprimis, committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item, she left and bequeathed to the poor of the parish a bowl of barley and two bowls of meal corn. Item, she left to John Cannell servant in the house a sheep and lamb, and the other servant Patrick Cowley a mutton and a sheep. Item, to her sister Christian a black mant and petticoat, and also to her said sister and her three children a sheep and lamb each. Item, to her sister Mary she left forty shillings of the money of the Land, and to her said sister Mary’s son vizt., William Gellin forty shillings. Item, to Margaret Kerran a red petticoat and a striped one. And to her four goddaughters a suit of linens each. Item, she left to be expended at her funeral forty shillings and declared that she owed to Anne Cannel 2 pence and to the goodwife of Ballnecreggey 3 pence. Item, she left to the Curate a mutton, and to her husband the riding horse as also the crop, he paying the legacy to the poor, and the debt due to Gilbert Clark. And lastly she nominated and appointed her nephew and niece Patrick & Jane Lace sole and joint Executors of all the rest of her goods moveable & immoveable whatsoever. Witnesses: John Woods, Curate, Jane Cain, Alice Quayle.

December 10, 1724, Probatum & Solvt. 1 pence. The Executors sworn in Court according to Law, & gave pledges Charles Kaighin & Phil: Kelly."
