In the name of God Amen I Alice Fitzsimmons
of Peeltown do hereby make my
last will and testament in form & manner
following
First I commit my soul unto God and my body
to Christian burial in hopes of joyful resurection
Itm I leave to the poor, ten shillings to be
distributed at the ministers discretion
Itm I leave to my dear husband Patrick
Fitzsimmons all the right I have or can have
in all the houses and lands of what nature
soever in Peeltown or anywhere else to
him my sd husband and his assigns for ever
and I do hereby constitute and appoint him
my sd husband sole extr of all the rest
of my goods whatsoever, and do hereby revoke
and annul all former wills deeds or acts
made by me to the contrary and confirm &
constitute this to be my last will & testament
as witness my name & mark this 26th day
of Feb 1722/3
