Peeltowne: THOMAS McLEECE who departed this life about ye 9th of November last, made his last will, and Testamt as follows.
He declared that he had some money above five or six pounds, which he left to his WIFE, and DAUGHTER betwixt them, and being askt what he meant, as did he mean to leave to his WIFE joint Excrx with his DAUGHTER he replyed, let them take it betwixt them I'le bring noting from them, by wch words we understand that he meant her own half to the WIFE, and the other to the DAUGHTER wch the WIFE herself believes and is satisfied was his meaning. Wittnesses: Phillip Crain, Math: Curghy, jurati.

THE DAUGHTER & WIFE are sworn in Court in form of Law. Probatum est & solvit 10d. Pledges Philip Crain & Wm Crain.
