33. Maughold.
This is affirmed to be the Last will and Testament of Robt. Kerrish of
Ballnebarna in KK Maughold parish who Departed this life the 6th of Aprill
1721 being of Good and perfect memory first he Committed his soul to -
God and his body to Christian Burial.
Imprs : he left & Bequeathed five pence (smudged) yt. Daniel Callow -
now Lockman of KK Maughold owed him for a [sythis] shaft or the shaft it =
selfe: to his son in Law John Corkill :
Ittem he left & Bequeathed his sd. son in law: & his wife being his onely child
Sole exequitors of all his Goods moveable and unmoveable of what Nature
Soever.
Ittem he declared yt. He was not Indetted to No man Nor yt. No Body [else] -
owed him any thing : It. he left 6d : leggasey to the wittness hereof :
Wittness present The will being made according
William Corkill x juratus. to Law, there being no other child
but ye Exer, her Husband Robt.
Corkill is sworn in Court in -
form of Law.
Probatum est & solvit 12d
Pledges Will: Corkill & Ned Martin.
