Edward Hinley a native  of the parish of
Kk Arbory within  this Island, departed this life near
Northampton in the Kingdom of England about two
years ago, intestate, whereof the Eccl Court having intelligence
hath decreed his brother John Hinley, & his two
sisters Margaret Cain als Hinley & Anne Hinley joint
admrs of all his goods chattles and effects whatsoever
Margaret being in Ireland, & Anne sickly their brother
John afsd is sworn to bring into the registry a
true & perfect inventory of all the decedts goods &c
to pay all his just debts, as far as the said goods shall
extend, and likewise to be faithfull to the other two
admrs to which end he has also given pledges or security
Capt Silvester Huddleston, & Thomas Woods
secundum forman legis
decertum est et solvit
salvo tamen unicuique suo jure

The registers for Arbory for this period are deficient so burial date not certain.
