Archdeacon Will 1709 #27, Peel, German, of John Quayle, died about 14 March 1708/9:

"Peeltown: The last will and testament of John Quayle who departed this life about the 14 of March in perfect mind and memory anno 1708/9. First, he committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial. Item, he left to his grandson William Mclvorrey his part of all his lands. Item, he left to his grandchild Anne Mclvorrey his part of the house and gardens and table and chairs that belonged to the house. Item, to Kath: Young five shillings that was in her own hands. Item, he left to Anne Mclvorrey a chest and named and appointed his son in law Allexander Mclvorrey sole Executor of all the rest of his goods moveable and unmoveable. Witnesses: John Crellin, Anne Mclvorrey.

The Executor sworn in Court in form of Law.
