Archdeacon Will 1703/4 #33, Andreas, of Averick Lace als Caly

, died 9 January 1703/4: "KK Andreas: This is affirmed to be the last will of Averick Caly who departed this life the 9th of Jan: 1703, being in good and perfect mind and memory. Imprimis, she commended her soul to God and body to Christian burial. Item, she left and bequeathed to Kath: Killip of Glanmore a brown petticoat. Item, to Margaret Caly in Ballamanaugh her best waistcoat. Item, to all the rest of her brother’s children 12 pence apiece legacy. Item, she delivered to Bahee Lace in our presence a red petticoat. Item, she left another red petticoat to Alice Tear. Item, she left whatsoever might be due to her from her stepson John Lace upon the acct of some monies in a parcel of land called Creers Crofts, to himself, and that he should never be questioned for it. Item, she left a sheep between Thomas Lace (son of the said John Lace) and Charles Joughin son of John Joughin. Item, she constituted and appointed John Joughin and his wife Bahee Joughin als Lace Executors of all the rest of her goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever. And to the witnesses of her will 6 pence apiece. Witnesses: John Cotter, Steph: Tear. The Executors sworn in form of Law. The pledges to xxx the office and pay all debts according to Law the witnesses of the Will."
