Archdeacon Will 1703 #5 Braddan, of Margaret Hanton als Kewley, died 28 Mar 1703/4:

"Braddan: The last will and testament of Margret Hanton als Kewley who departed this life the 28th of March 1703. First she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial. Item, she left to her half brother Alice Coreens[? or Caveen] son ten shillings legacy. Item, she left to her uncle William Kewley 20s or the worth of 20s legacy and he to be at half charges with her loving husband to wit to find her winding sheet, and church dues. Item, she left to her Aunt Christian Kewley 50s that was due to her from Thomas Crilling and 5 goats that was due to her from Kanaugh of the Corraugh. Item, she left to the poor at hallowtide two kishans of meal and a sheep or a mutton. Item, she left to John Kewley of KK Marown xxxx 10s that was in her own hands. Item, she constituted and ordained her loving husband Christopher Hanton to be her tru and lawful executor of all the rest of her goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever. Witnesses: Margret Craine alias Steane, Isable Hangan alias Steane, jurati.

The Executor sworn in Court in form of Law. Probatum et Solvit 1s. Pledges in form of Law Thomas Cubbon and Robert Faile."
