Peeltown John Hutchin departed this life being bruised by a mill stone about the 5th of March last intestate, whereof the cout having intelligence hath decreed his 4 children, vizt John, Philip, Ellen & Jane Hutchin sole & joint admrs of all his goods moveable & imoveable whatsoever who being under age their uncles Phil & Patrick Hutchin, with the widow are sworn in form of law decretum est salvo tamen vi
the inventory clear & debtless (beside the house & garden) is £0 17s 0d wch is in the widows hands with the tuition of the children, who has given pledges Gilbt Crane & Philoe Fargher
