Archdeacon Will 1703 #8, Marown, of Henry Clucas, died 6 Nov 1703: "Marown 1703:

This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Henry Clucas who departed this life the 6th of November last and was in perfect mind and memory at the making thereof. First committed his soul to God and body to Christian burial. Item, he left to his wife his part of the Limestones. Item, he left to his manservant Daniel Cown his old clothes. Item, he left the rest of his goods to his five children vizt., to his two daughters Margrett & Isabel quarter apiece, to his son Henry a quarter and between his son Thomas and William another quarter of all his goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever, and if his son Thomas would not come for it he left his part between William and Harry. Witnesses: Danold Cown, Ellin Gelling.

The four children Margaret, Isabel, Henry, and William are sworn in Court in form of Law.

The pledges to secure the office, payable of debts and legacies, are John Clucas and Mxxxx."
