Castletown june 24th 1701 Samuel Green departed this life on board his maties ship, called the Speedwell in the island of barbadoes about two years ago, whereof the court having intelligence, hath decreed his only brother Robt Green sole admr of all his goods moveable & immoveable whatsover, who having surrended the administration to his father Sam Green, he is sworn adm secundum forman legis decretum Est & Solvit 3s 4d salo tamen unicmg suo jure pledges to secure the office & pay all debts are Francis Wolfenden & Robt Green their heirs, exrs adminrs & assignes
