"This is affirmed to be ye last will and testament of MARGT WOODS ALS THOMPSON who departed this life ye 22d day of April of good and perfect memory in manner and form following.
First she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
It: She left and bequeathed unto her HUSBAND her part of the fishing boat as legacy.
It, She left unto her DAUGHTER JONY one of her best gowns and petty coat if she would wear them, if not, she left her her best petticoat and westcoat with a choice suit of linens and white and green apron and 3 sheep legacy.
It: She left unto her DAUGHTER MARGT all ye rest of her shapen and unshapen linen and woolen.
It: She left unto MR NORRIS a choice mutton or choice sheep legacy.
It: She left her three CHILDREN WM, PHILL:, AND MARGT equally concerned in what title and interest she had in and to tenement and state of Ballyrey, and ye appurtenances thereunto belonging and likewise constituted and appointed them three her true and lawful execrs of all ye rest of her goods movable and unmovable whatsoever in presence of Witnesses: Steph: Lewn his mark X, Gilbt Cowley his mark X, jurati.

The Execrs sworn in form of Law. Probatu est et solvit 1s.

The Inventory within a month.

9TH JULY 1702: WM CRAIN enters his claim against the execr of MARGT WOODS ALS THOMPSON for 7 pounds due by contract. XX JULY 1702: WM GELL enters against the said execrs for 4s.

10TH JULY 1702: MR. NICH: THOMPSON enters his claim against the execr of MARGT WOODS ALS THOMPSON for the price of a ball of xxxxxxx or the said m----- due &c.

16TH JULY 1702: MARGERY CROW enters her claim against the execr of MARGT WOODS ALS THOMPSON for the sum of 20s due as appears by specially and craves the Law.

16TH JULY 18702: DOROTHY WOODS enters her claim against the Execr of MARGT WOODS ALS THOMPSON for 20s due for the price of a cow.

Date et anno predicto: HUGH WOODS enters against the execr of MARGT WOODS for xx shillings due."
