Archdeacon Will 1699/1700 #45, Bride, of Catharine Christian als Kerruish, died 14 November 1699:

"Bride: This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of CATHERINE CHRISTIAN ALS KERUISH who departed this life the 14th day of November 1699. First she committed her soul unto God and her body to Christian burial. Item, she left to her GRANDSON WILLIAM CHRISTIAN a sheep, and a lamb. Item, to her GRANDSON WILLIAM CORCHEEN a sheep and a lamb. Item, to her GRANDSON WILLIAM COWLE a sheep and a lamb. And to her GRANDSON GILBERT CRAIN'S SON a sheep and a lamb. Item, to her DAUGHTER ISABLE a blanket. Item, she left to her SON WILLIAM six pence. Item, she left to her foresaid DAUGHTERS betwixt them all her shaped clothes and linens. Item, she left all the rest of her goods of what nature soever to her HUSBAND and he to pay all debts and portion to her DAUGHTER CATHERINE. Witnesses: Patrick Quark, Margaret Keruish.

THE EXECUTOR SWORN IN FORM of Law. Pledges to secure the office and pay all debts and legacies in form of Law Ewan Christian & Ewan Christian.

MARCH 10TH 1699: PATRICK CHRISTIAN enters against the Executor of CATHARINE CHRISTIAN for the sum of thirty shillings due from the said KATH: XXX husband as will be paid to a xxxx.

NOVEMBER 20TH 1700: MICHEL HOWLAN enters against the Executors xxxx the sum of 13s 4p, due for wages as will appear &c."
