dated 9 December 1688: "Marown, December ye 9th 1688: In the name of God, Amen. I WILLIAM NORRIS being in perfect memory praised be God for the same, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
First, I commit my soul to God, and my body to Christian burial.
Item, I leave my loving WIFE ISABEL NORRIS ALS GELLIN and my DAUGHTER MARGARET NORRIS to the disposing of my loving BROTHER IN LAW CAPT PATRICK GELLIN.
Item, to WILLIAM HASKEW 8s.
Item, to WILLIAM KILLIP 3s.
Item, to ISABEL CANNELL 2s 6d.
Item, to my loving WIFE ISABLE NORRIS ALS GELLIN my half of the brewing pan.
Item, I constitute and appoint my loving WIFE ISABEL NORRIS and my DAUGHTER MARGARET NORRIS to be my lawful Exectrices of all my goods moveable and unmoveable, of what kind or nature so ever.

Testes: John Cotter, Robert Fletcher, jurati. THE EXECUTRICES ARE SWORN in Court according to Law. Probatum est et solvit 10d.

AN INVENTORY OF THE GOODS OF WILLIAM NORRIS praised by four sworn men, vizt., William Killeg, John Kelly, Michael Kelly, and Nicholas Faile. The sum is 02 pounds 01 shillings xx pence. THE GOODS in the Executors their hands who have given pledges in form of Law John Cottier and John Quilliam junior."
