Archdeaconal Will 1688 #55 German, of Ellinor Stevenson als Taubman, wife of Robert Stevenson, dated 3 May 1662 at top as a Deed, proved as a Will in 1688/9

[film copy of will is dark and nearly illegible]: "The 3rd of May 1662: Know all men by these presents that I Ellinor Tubman xxxxxxxxxx and Robt Stevenson doe for t---- xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx esp----ly for the xxxxxxxxxxx hath formerly[?] xxxx I doe xxxxxxx This xxxx xxxx as followeth. First xxxxxxxxxxxx ---ife unto him that I xxxxxxxxxxxxxx of xxxx & xxxxxxxxxxxxx always p----- xxx shall xxxx my part xxxx these thereof during xxxx widowhood xxxx xx he dy before mee. I con---- xxxx xxxxxx with my sd husband t---- xxx I dye bfore him not to bill or bequeath xxxxx contract what so ever my part or parts of those xxxx what xxxxxx soever xxxx[?that] xxx c-t------ xxxxxxxx sd husband xxxxxx[?children] xxxxxxxxxxxxx if God[?] send any issue betwixt xxxx ye rest xxxx husband discretion xxxxxx provided that I xxxxx my part or parts thereof having my widow xxxxx & if xx xxxxx xxxxxx yt I xxxx out xxxx[?live] xxx my husband yt then I shall have full power to xxxx all my part of goods aforesd xxxxxxx my xxxxxx is betwixt my sd husband & myselfe excepting[?] xxx cropp of corne xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx this to be my name the yeare & day above xxxxx Ellinor Tubman.
