Articles of mariagh[sic] agreed and concluded upon by and
betwixt Mally Faile ally Caghin in the behalfe of her son 
Thomas Caghin one the one party and Margrett Quaile
one the other party as followeth

1 First yt the sd Thomas Caghin and Margrett Quaile shall
com to the parrish church of KK Christ and ther to proceed into the
holy estate of matermouny god law and holy church alowing
the same

2 Secondly the sd Malley Fayle doth promise to deliver ^unto her son^ all
his part of the morgaghed landes yt fell unto him by
the death of his father John Caghin with all other
goods whatsoever unto her sd son Thomas Caghin within
tooe yeares time after the d[lost] the dayte heareof at []

3 the forenamed Margrett Quayle doth promise that 
all what goods or morgaghe lands she hath now in her
possession to her oune part after the death of her former
husband Joh Keege that the issue begoten betwixt
them the sd Thomas and Margrett shall have and in=
joye all what goods they have or can have heare
after, and to this agreement
they have bound themselves to prforme either to other
in the pennalty of ten pounds sterling halfe to our honorab[]
lord and the other halfe to the party keeping covenant
and hath caused there names and markes to be written
occtober 4th day 1677

It is further agreed of Kathrin Kermott mother
to the above Margrett Quaile doth give it is to say
after her decease half of all ^her worldly goods^ shee hath or can have
whatsoever [and the other xx all x'd thru] unto Thomas
Caghin and her daughter Margrett Quaile and the issue
lawfully begotten betwixt them and the other halfe
to maintaine the children of John Keege now when
they are but very young and doe consent this to bee

At K Andrews ye 5th of March 1686
Whereas the wthin Katherin Kermott hath lately deceased and have[]
made noe will, therefore the wthin promise made by her at the marriage
of her daughter wth the wthin Thomas Cashin[sic] is exhibited as her last wil[l]
wch being proved by the above Wm Crow & Mally Fayle before me according
to ye Deemster Xtian's appoinment, the same is therefore accepted & approved of &
the goods to be equally divided among the children of Jon Keigg & the sd []
Cashin according to ye wthin conditions and to yt end the deacadts only daug[]
is sworn to adminioster & secure ye goods accordingly
Salvo tamen unicuique suo juro          Jon Christian    Probatio et solvit

The inventory of the above decadt prized by 4 sworn men
vizt Willm Kissag, Wm Casmnt, Robt Corlett & Philip Kneen
amount in gross after debts & funerall charges discharged to £3 0s 0d

The goods of the first husband & children is in ye hands of ye eldest
daughter & given pledges for ye other childs prt Tho Cashin
[the final section has been on outer fold and is very worn]
Decr 4th 1707
the £15 due to John Kegg of this inventory was
paid to his sister Jony by ye admrs of her husband
as appears by her acquitance vide [lost on fold but 1676 arch will has a John Kegg]
