The last will & Testamt. of James Quillease who departed this life ye 5 of April
84  Imprs. He comitted his Soule to God, and his body to Christian Buryall __
It. He bequeathed to his sone Phillip a Choice Mutton. It. To his Daugh
= ter Margaret one sheep and Lambe. It. To ye Viccar one Mutton. It.
To John Cowle one Lambe, And constituted his sone Will. & Daughter
Isable his Lawfull Exectrs. of all ye rest of his goods movable and
unmovable It. He said yt there was due from him & his wife to Thom :
Skillicorne thirty = seven Shillings, and to Jony Cowle [Eight] Shillings __

Testes  Thomas [Allen] }                         The Executrs. Being at age are
             John Cowle      } jurati                 Sworne in Court according to Law
                                                                   and have given Pledges to pay all
                                                                   debts & secure ye office Sub pena
            Pbatum est et Solvit 10d                20th & therupon are discharged from
                                                                   on Inventory, ye Pledges Philip Cowin
                                                                   & Willm. Calow
