"June 15th 1682, Patrick: The last will and testament of Philip Quirk who departed this life ye 24th of November last past. First he committed his soul to God & his body to Christian burial. Itm, he constituted and appointed his children Phinlo, Thomas, and Ellin his lawful Executors of all his goods moveable and unmoveable. Testes: Sam:P Watleworth, John Leece, jurati.

The Wife sworn in form of Law, & the uncle & ant on the father’s side sworn supervisors of ye children.

Probated 3t Solvit 6d. The Inventorie of ye decedent taken by 4 sworne men Thomas Kennaugh, John Quilliam, Edw: Gell, and Philip Kelly, amounts to in all 1 pound 12 shillings 0 pence.
Half the roof of the house, more added by Joh: Quirk as a debt due to ye Executors 0:2:0.
The tuition of the children & their goods in the hands of the mother that’s given pledges in form of Law Wm Cosnahan & Jon. Quirk.

Decr 20th 1689: more added to ye Inventory by Jo: Quirk ye Supervisor for half ye roof 0:1:6;
more on ye deads part for ye unexpiration of ye farme of ye Croft 0:1:6.

Decr 24th 1689: Phinlo Qurik being at age came this day & acknowledged to be fully pd from his uncle Jo: Quirk 12s 4d due to him by he death of his father Philip Quirk. As witness his mark Phinlo Quirk his mrk X. Before me, Sam: Watleworth Regr.

May ye 26th 1692: Ellin Quirk one of ye Executors came this day being at age & acknowledges herself fully safisfyed in all her part of goods due to her by ye death of her father from ye hands of John Quirk, As witness her mrk, Ellin Quirk. Before me, S: Watleworth.

May 1st 1693: Tho: Quirk one of ye Executors being at age acknowledgeth to be fully satisfied from his uncle Jo: Quirk all ye part of goods due him by ye death of his father, As witness his mark, Thos. Quirk X. Before me Sam: Watleworth Registrar."
