died intestate 25 Sept 1668: "Arbory: Mrs. Isable Norris alias Tyldesley departed ye xxxxxxx about September the 25, 1668 whereof the Church having intelligence have decreed her seaven children unmarryed vizt: RICHARD, ISSABLE, MARY, THURSTIAN, ELIZABETH, WILLM & HENRY TYLSLEY administrators whereof RICHARD, ISSABLE & MARY are at lawful yeeres & are to be sworn supervisors of ye children under years. Notwithstanding in regard of the father's naturall affections & love to his children is willing to joyne wth ym yt are at yeeres to be supervisors & that ye children shall suffer noe detriment & hath taken his oath accordingly: A legasie to the HUSBAND upon sight of the Inventory: This our ye father's part is accepted in regard yt ye next of kinred on ye mother's side is not in the Cuntry & two of ye children abovesaid & at yeeres are out of the Cuntry. Memorandum: This Inventory is soe xxxxxx the lesse by one bedstead with turned posts & wainscot head, feather bed, bed cloathes & sheetes, Itm, a large best chist, and a lesser chist, the table in the great house & formes thereto, and a Calliver, all which my father desired to be left out of ye Inventorie for xxx bequeathed of by himself as hyerlooms to ye house. And alsoe soe much is less in respect of ye decease of above 12 beast younge & old & of sheep & horse. And further in regard DAUGHTER ALICE had a great part of ye best of ye houshould stuffe given her towards her dowrie (besides money) lately before her MOTHER decease into Ireland, The Court have approved of ye above deductions & with ye written Inventory.
