"Nomina Defunct Jo:Knickel 1657. Robt Knickell departed this life about 8 years since intestate wherof the Court having intelligence hath decreed his sister now alive Administrator and wheras his brother Jo:Knickell was alive at his death and since dyed before this decree then his right is reserved so far as probate[?] Law will afford it. Decretum est et Solvit 14s. Inventory includede in the mother’s xxxxxx upon Record in anno 1633. Pledges Richd Quirke and Jo: Quirk. Secundum forman legis."
