The Court hath decreed his 2 uncles Wm & Patr Curleod administer according to his mother’s will who are sworn according to Law. Decretum est et solvit. Inventory included in the mother’s inventory. Tho.Curleod of Ballagh for the sole--- offering to take xxxx ye xxxxx of Capt Tear’s hand and not su------ him to take xxx out of the Administration xxx Phillip Daugherty. Therefore is fine 12d."
