[top part of will is torn off] . . . . . . . . . sheep & a xxxx to her daughter xxx Moore to her a white blanket, if she did trouble his wife for any pretended right which she was challenged if she did, yt she should not have the sd blanket. Xxxx Ales Corran a sheep. To Ales Quirke a lamb. Xxx Cow. . [?Cowle, Cowley?]. ---tuted his wife Katherine Knickle his lawful execr of all his goods moveable and unmoveable. Witnesses: Tho:Harrison, Wm Killy, jurati. Note that there is noe contradiction to this will being published in Court ego Probatum et Solvit 1s. Inventory prised by 4 sworn men amounts to the whole of debtless goods to the just sum of 2 pounds 2 shillings 0 pence, besides the deades part of the intackes wherein the lieu of the rent of 11d, and another garden of 4d rent. The Execr at age, pledges Richd Quirke, & Tho: Quirke, secundum et forman legis. 21st May 1657: Ales Moore als Ratcliffe enters her claime against the executors of Jo:Knickell for 1s 8d and craveth tryall.
