"Bradan ([page] 16): In ye name of God, Amen. Nicho: Oats, sick in body but whole in mynd, & of good & perfect memory praysed bee God, doe make my last will & testament as followeth.
First, I commit my soule to God & my bodie to Christian burial.
It, I bequeath to my wife 20s which[?] use her to keep my father & to look well unto him duringe his life tyme.
It, I constitute & ordaine my children viz, Jo:, Marie, Issable, Ellinor & Margrett my true & lawful executors of all ye rest of my goods moveable & unmoveable.
