died 27 November 1737: "67: KK German: This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of JANE TAUBMAN ALIAS TAGGART who departed this life ye 27th Novr 1737.
Imprimis, She committed her soul to almighty God and her body to Christian burial.
Itt, She left to HUGH TAUBMAN FOUR CHILDREN one sheep apiece.
Itt, She left to her GRANDCHILDREN (viz) JAMES and JANE COWLE one sheep each.
She left to her GRANDSON JAMES COWLE on of the bedsteds in the Parlor.
Itt, She left to her SON IN LAW HENRY COWLE six pence legacy and six pence to HIS WIFE ALICE.
Itt, she left to ye witnesses of ye will six pence each.
Lastly, She left and appointed her SON IN LAW WM QUIRK sole exectr of all the rest of her goods moveable and unmoveable. Testes: Robt Golsmith, Tho: Crellin, jurati.
