James Kermode, . . . Vicar of Lonan, died October 1, 1903, aged 69 years. Also Fred S. Kermode, son of the above, who died at Wanson, May 12, 1914, aged 46 years.

Sacred to the memory of Colour-Sergeant William Wallace, second batallion, Seaforth Highlanders, who was killed in action in Pasrdeberg, South Africa, February 15, 1900. Erected by loving friends.

In loving memory of our dead father James Lawson, tailor, of Scafield, Old Laxey, died April 9, 1903, in his 81st year. Elizabeth Young, wife of the above, died at Rock Ferry, Dec 13, 1866, aged 42 years, and four daughters Mona, Margaret, Alice, and Sara, who fell asleep in Jesus.

In loving memory of William Quayle, Esquire, of Ballamillghon, Captain of the Parish of Lonan, who died on the 14 April 1907, aged 48 years. George Quayle, brother of the above, who died on the 6 June 1901, aged 32 years.

In the dear memory of Andrew Harvey, late of Newlyn, Penzance, who died at Snaefell, May 17, 1902, aged 93 years.

In affectionate remembrance of Isabella, beloved wife of William Gelling of (Ballig), who died April 3, 1902, aged 72 years.

In loving memory of George William Duggan, Corn-Rhenny, Lonan, who died July 3, 1902, aged 29 years. Frances Louisa, daughter of the above, died January 20, 1905, aged 18 months.

In loving memory of William Henry Oates, who died at Ballarach, Lonan, December 19, 1901, in his 37 years.

In loving memory of Elizabeth Olive, daughter of John James and Margaret Ann Cowin (Agneash) who died July 21, 1901, aged 9 months. Also John James Cowin, the father of the above, who died July 23, 1903, aged 37 years.

In loving memory of John Clucas Bridson of Ballacogeen, Lonan, who died February 8, 1904, aged 31 years. Also William, beloved husband of Charlotte Bridson, and father of the above, who died March 1, 1908, aged 64 years.

In memory of Joseph Hogg, the beloved husband of Elizabeth Jane Hogg, Shore Road, Old Laxey, who died Nov 12, 1902, aged 58 years. Mona Scott, youngest daughter of the above, died January 5, 1903, aged 6 years. Also Elizabeth Jane, wife of the above, who died July 1, 1913, aged 59 years.

In memory of Esther Ann, second daughter of xxxxx Robert & Margaret Ann Caley, Ballanagh, Lonan, who died January 22, 1899, aged 20 years. Also Robert Caley and father of the above, who died August 2, 1905, aged 67 years.

In memory of John Robert Kewin, aged 29 years and William Harry, aged 24 years, who both lost their lives in the Snaefell Disaster, May 10, 1897.

In memory of Jemima, wife of Robert William Clague, of Agneash, died Sept 5, 1900, aged 46 years.

In memory of Robert, the beloved son of John and Elizabeth Lewney, who lost his life in the Snaefell Mines disaster, 10 May 1897, aged 24 years.

In loving memory of Edna, daughter of Samuel and Amelia Orr, died June 6 (1894?), aged 5. Clara, died June 7, 1894, aged 3 years.

In loving memory of Thomas Kewley, of Minorca, Laxey, who died Sept 6, 1893, aged 67 years. Also Elizabeth Kewley, wife of the above, who died March 1, 1909, aged 85 years.

Sacred to the memory of our father and mother, William and Jane Stephenson, both of whom died the same week in January 1893, aged respectively 78 years.

In loving memory of Emma Jane, wife of the Revd J. S. Wilkinson, vicar of Lonan, who was born November 8, 1835, and died April 29, 1891. Also the above Revd James Siely Wilkinson, vicar of Maughold, Isle of Man, from 1895 till the day of his death. Born January 27, 1827, died January 25, 1890.

In loving memory of Sarah, beloved wife of James Kinrade of Minorca, Laxey, who died May 22, 1900, aged 66 years. Also William Allen, second son of the above, died in south Africa, January 8 1898, aged 32 years. Also James Kinrade, who died November 19, 1902, aged 68 years.

Sacred to the memory of Jane Moore als Kellys, wife of Thomas Moore in this Parish, who departed this life the 11 June 1832, aged 42 years. Also Charles Moore, son of the above, who departed this life the 13 December 1833, aged 22 years. Also Anne Moore als Fargher, the second wife of the above, who departed this life April 21, 1852, aged 72 years. Also the above named Thomas Moore, who died May 23, 1877, aged 90 years.

In memory of Philip Brew, Balla-Meanagh-Beg, who was interred here Dec 11, 1772, aged 75 years.

Sacred to the memory of Ann Simpson otherwise Christian, wife of Philip Simpson of Baldrumma-Christian in this Parish, who departed this life on the 16 March 1833, aged 58 years. Also Matthew Simpson, son of the above, who departed this life on the 19 July 1847, aged 47 years.

In memory of William Simpson, who died on the 7 May 1810, in the 12th year of his life.

Sacred to the memory of Phillip Simpson of Balldromma-Christian in this parish, who departed this life on the 24 April 1858, aged 84 years.

Sacred to the memory of Ann Jane Simpson, daughter of the late Philip Simpson of Baldromma-Christian, who departed this life on the 7 September 1859, aged 44 years.

William Brew departed this life April 30, 1778, aged 58 years.

Sacred to the memory of John Lilley of (Balla(cre)gan?) in this parish, who died 5 October 1831, aged 74 years. Also in memory of Margaret Lilley als Quilliash, wife of the above John Lilley, who departed this life the 6 December 1833, aged 71 years.

In memory of Thomas Cubbon of Balla-craggan, in this parish, who died 8 January 1857, aged 57 years. Also of Eleanor, wife of the above, who died 22 October 1874, aged 65years. Also of two children of the above, who died young.

In memory of Isaac Buckley of Manchester, who died 12 November 1853, aged 49 years.

Sacred to the memory of Ellenor Clague als Scarff, wife of Joseph Clague of Ballagrowe in the parish, who departed this life April 12, 1812, aged 33 years. This stone is erected by her daughter Ellenor Clague. Also, Eleanor, wife of Charles Birch and daughter of the above, who entered into rest 19 June 1984, in her 90th years, and was interred in St Thomas’s Churchyard, Pendleton, Manchester.

To the memory of Isabella Clague otherwise Banks, widow of the late William Clague of Bal(ne)varane in this Parish, who departed this life on the 21 September 1813, aged 79 years. This stone is erected by her son, Matthias Clague. Also John, son of the above named William and Isabella Clague, died June 16, 1886, aged 76 years.

In memory of the late William Clague of Ballavarane, who died 18 July 1859, aged 64 years. Also Elizabeth Clague, daughter of the above, who died 21 March 1863, aged 29 years. Also Elizabeth Clague alias Kneale, wife of the above named William Clague, who died the 11 May 1865, aged 70 years. Also Isbella Ann Hale, daughter of the above named Elizabeth Clague, died 20 August 1891, aged 62 years.

Erected to his memory by his affectionate mother. Here are deposited the remains of Thomas Clague of the estate of Ballavarane in this parish, who departed this life June 22, 1794, aged 21 years. And Jane Clague his mother, who departed this life August 29, 1804, aged 73 years.

This stone is erected by Jane Clague in grateful memory of her husband of Ballavarane, who was interred here Sept 16, 1799, aged 85 years. Also William Clague, son of the above, who died 20 June 1831, aged 77 years.

In memory of Margaret Clague alias Quark, the beloved wife of Thomas Clague of Ballavarane in this Parish, who died 11 August 1860, aged 80 years. Also the above named Thomas Clague, who died 26 of May 1860, aged 69 years.

In memory of Joseph Clague formerly of Ballavarane, who departed this life at Douglas, 30 December 1879, aged 73 years. Also Isabella Clague, beloved wife of the above, who died January 26, 1909, aged 95 years.

In memory of Elizabeth Christian, daughter of Thomas and Ann Clague of Ballavarane, who died 18 March 1892, aged 22 years.

In loving memory of Thomas Clague of Ballavarane, who died Oct 5, 1897, aged 63 years.

To the memory of William Brew of Clay Head in this parish, son of Samuel Brew, who departed this life the 8 May ----. Thomas Brew, brother of the above, who departed this life on the 4 January 1852, aged 37. In memory of John Brew of Broit-ny-Howe in this Parish, who died March 11, 1875, aged 50 years [wrong age]. Also Margaret, wife of the above, who died January 31, 1862, aged 80 years. Also Ann wife of the above, John [Sam] Brew, who died July 9, 1888, aged 83 years. ?Jn & Mgt md 1813, Lonan; so Jn was born 1890

Sacred to the memory of Margaret Clague formerly Moore, wife of Edward Clague of this parish, who departed this life on the 17 January 1840, in the 47th years of her age. Also Edward Clague, son of the above mentioned, Margaret Clague. He departed this life on 26 May 1841, in the 14th year of his life. Also

Elizabeth Clague daughter of the above, who died September 1837, aged 9 months. Also two infant children. Also the above named Edward Clague, who died November 13, 1851, aged 60 years.

In memory of Isabella Cojeen otherwise Kneale, wife of James Cojeen of Ballig in this parish. She died 10 Oct 1845, aged 58 years. Also the above named James Cojeen, who died July 15, 1857, aged 67 years.

Erected by Alice Cannel in memory of Alice de Meuty, who departed this life May 16, 1833, aged 2 years and 4 months.

In loving memory of John Gresty, who departed this life 7 April 1909, aged 58 years.
