Thomas Kinley to John Quayle

KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that 
I Thomas Kinley of the parish of KK Malew with
the Joynt Consent of my wife Isabella Kinley als
Creer, for and in Consideration of the Intire Sum
of Five Shillings Manks Currency to us in hand
paid by John Quayle of the Said parish before
the Signing & Delivery of these presents, Have
Given granted, Bargained passed over and Sold
and by these presents Do give, grant, Bargain, 
Passover and forever Absolutely Sell from us
my Heirs Ex?trs Admrs & assigns unto him the
Said John Quayle his Heirs Exrs admrs and
assigns all our Right & Tytle in and unto
that part of our Croft that sd John Quayle
has Built on or is in Building ^now^ Situate lying
and being at the East End of Ballasalla commonly
Called Kinleys Croft.  To have & to hold unto him
the sd John Quayle his Heirs Exrs Adms and assigns
with all the Libertys thereunto belonging Yeilding
and paying Such Abbey Rent as the Setting
Quest of Said parish Shall Settle or alott on
Sd Premisses, And I the sd Thos Kinley and
Isabella my wife so hereby bind and oblige our

Selves Exrs admrs and Assigns to uphold Maintain
awarrant & Defend the premises aforesd unto
him the Said John Quayle his heirs Exrs Admrs
& assigns, against the Claim Challenge or Demand
[obscured by fold] person or persons whatsoever, and to
procure the Worship Deemsters attestation
with the Honebl Courts Confirmation to these
presents and to all other Act or Acts thing or
things, that in law Shall be requisite or
Necessary for the Sure Making & Sthengthening
of the within promises before mentioned – And
for the true & faithfull performance thereof I
the Said Thos Kinley & Isabella my wife
do hereby bind & oblige our Selves Exrs Admrs
and assigns in & under the penalty of ten
pounds Sterling to be paid in the Nature of
all fines within this Isle IN WITNESS whereof
we have hereunto Set our Names & Marks,
this 4th of March 1772.

Deemster and now openly published in Court & no objection
offered agt it the same therefore is allowed of & confirmed
